Steph has been amazing from day one. She's always at the end of an email, always happy to help and always spends the time making sure I understand what is happening, why we're doing things in certain ways and explaining what happens next. I've learnt so much working with Steph and the Team that I now feel a much more confident employer!
Since starting with People Matters HR, they've helped me to make multiple hires and get staff contracted and onboarded within the company. They've helped me avoid a ton of amateur mistakes (that I would have definitely made without them) and helped me to build a solid company structure.
