Well i can't really say enough I have a 21 year old son who is autistic I was hoping one day he would be able to drive but didn't think I would ever find a understanding driving instructor for him, but then came Get Driving Today and he passed I can never thank Graham enough Cheer's Graham top man and a top driving instructor highly recommended.

I had been learning to drive with Graham for a few years now (thanks to covid), before learning with Graham I almost gave up on learning to drive completely and even had an instructor tell me that driving probably wasn’t for me. Anxiety has been a really big issue for me when learning to drive and Graham helped me overcome this. He was calm, patient, supportive, and gave good constructive criticism. Not only that, but Graham made me feel comfortable in the car and made learning with him feel easy. He was always able to tell when I was struggling or feeling more anxious and could change his approach to give me the support I needed. If I hadn’t have found Get Driving Today, I probably wouldn’t be driving now.

My day-to-day job is working with contractors, so I feel that I’m in a good position to give honest feedback regarding the quality of work and client interaction received by Fortis.<br>Recently we were quoted for an outhouse UPVC door and window replacement. Fortis were very prompt in agonising a visit from my email enquiry. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. John offered good advice and options, and I had a written quotation back within 3 days.<br>Fortis were very competitive on price, so we agreed to proceed.<br>Leadtime was 4 weeks, and to the letter I received a call a week in advance to make arrangement for fitting.<br>The work was carried out in a highly professional way. Attention to detail was great and the work area at the end of the day was cleaned without a trace of rubbish. I was extremely pleased with the work carried out.<br>As a side note and demonstration of the commitment to customer satisfaction. I spoke to John about a previous installation I had done only a few years previous that had started to develop defects. The installer I’d used had gone bust and I’d exhausted avenues to claim from the manufacture . John said he had contacts with the manufacture and that he could enquire to see if anything could be done. I didn’t hold any expectation being my experience.<br>To my amazement John came back to me that the manufacture as a sign of good will would replace the faulty equipment. Something I’d given up on. I was extremely grateful to Fortis for going above and beyond.
