Thanks for a great session GyM, the opportunity to engage was balanced well with the speaker providing information and insights.<br><br>This session was really engaging and helpful for me as someone who has recently taken on a new role and is taking on new challenges day to day and perceiving these as opportunities to grow. I am also studying on an apprenticeship and this session helped me to understand what my learning blockers could be and how to tackle them. The reflection and self awareness this course provided was very helpful, and I think it can also be very helpful for relationship building, coaching and nuturing others and understanding why and how people react to feedback and language.
