His professionalism, transparency, and down to earth approach made the experience feel effortless and easy. You can really tell that he and his team care about their customers and not just making a sale. One thing that really stood out to me was that there was absolutely no pressure at any point, they didn’t even ask for a deposit upfront. As soon as I put my finance agreement through, they told me it wasn’t necessary and that they’d hold the car for me regardless and they kept their word. That level of trust and honesty is so rare these days, and it really says a lot about how they treat their customers. The customer service was absolutely exceptional! Absolutely amazing service. So glad we cane across this page on Instagram, we contacted them on Sunday (which is usually a day off for mamy businesses), however there was a speedy response and they put our job down as a next day morning priority. One of the workers came in the morning, really approacheable and respectful and got the job done in minutes. Communication, customer service, and job satisfaction and cost of the service is on point. Definitely will be using them again (if needed). Thanks guys!
