Check in/out was easy and pleasant experience. Allocated an upper deck room on the first floor which surprised me a little as on my previous stay these were only on the top floor and it was apparent that the room I was in had been converted to 'Upper Deck' but without the 'stealable' soaps and shampoo.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well insulated and quiet - no complaints at all. Everything functioned as it should.

The room we stayed in was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the black out blinds were great. We also used the spa facilities which were brilliant. Overall a great stay.

Have booked a room for my friends who were coming to visit me. We had a brilliant night at the hotel as there are so many sports activities that we could do plus the restaurant was lively. The room comfort was what you would expect from a hotel.

We stayed at the hotel after being invited to a Family party held there. It was a very good night with not having to worry about getting home.The room was very nice and clean and spacious.The staff were really good as we could not sort out how to get the heat on in the room and a staff member was there before my husband got back from reception and sorted it out.It was a pity we were only staying the one night.
