Great for what we needed it for you
The location was excellent
The removal of the kettles while understandable was a bit silly as we had an iron and a remote control as well as a hairdryer so why were the kettles removed? The pillows were far to thin and the room was very dark.

Idea location for me no problems, some confusion with covid 19 but that is the same all over the country. Will book again when the time is right.

Paid £130 for the night which was ment to include access to the spa, jacuzzi closed sauna closed steam room closed, wouldn’t allow us in bar cause there was too many people and couldn’t seat us in restaurant for same reason,

Pleasant
Room was clean and comfortable, staff I dealt with were nice and friendly.
There were a lot of customers not wearing facemasks despite the clear signage around the property and there was no apparent effort from any staff to enforce this. Obviously this is not applicable for the restaurant, but the check in area should have this government instruction enforced.
