The Growth Mindset CPD we had as a whole school has really impacted on the practice of our teachers and more importantly the children! Grow your mindset has now become part of our teaching and learning policy and is what we do at St Aidan's. The training was informative and practical with lots of resources to use in the classroom and beyond. The books perfectly match the lessons and key messages being reinforced in class. Having Liz and Gemma in to work alongside our teachers in class was very powerful! The whole school assembly is not to be missed either.

We have worked with Liz and Gemma at St Gregory's for the past 3 years. This has involved a variety of activities including staff training, parent workshops, assemblies, whole class and small group work, coaching for staff and team teaching. This has had a significant impact on both behaviour for learning and standards across the school as pupils self belief, motivation and resilience has grown. We continue to work with Liz and Gemma on our Growth Mindset journey and would highly recommend GyM to anyone.

Over the last six weeks we have been lucky enough to work with Liz during our Grow Your Mindset workshops. Each session was invaluable to the children and the adults working in year six and I would highly recommend these sessions to other schools. What particularly impressed me was the relationship that Liz developed with the children. They all felt valued in terms of their contributions and were thoroughly engaged. The tasks set within each lesson were personalised to my class and it has been such a wonderful tool to use in our day to day learning.

Gemma, Liz and the Grow Your Mindset team are awesome! I have used Gemma's services previously for 1-2-1 mindset sessions for my primary school aged son, who was struggling as a result of the 2020 Coronavirus lockdown. Gemma massively helped him to put things into perspective and approach life with a more positive mindset.<br><br>As I knew she was good, I booked her to do a session with my staff. Gemma hosted a 1.5 hr mindset session for the 6 members of the GrowTraffic team and it was brill; it really helped the team to have meaningful discussions and provided a space for reflection and improvement, which is all too required in these testing times.<br><br>One of the main things I love about GYM's service is that it's completely flexible and designed to meet the needs of the individual client, plus it's really cost effective. We will absolutely be using Grow Your Mindset again and I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I've been on a course run by the Grow Your Mindset team and it was superb - interesting, challenging and really moved me on personally and professionally. I have also used them to run training days with my staff in two schools I've worked in and projects with the children in school - all impacting positively on attitudes and behaviour for learning. They're coming in again this year to school and I can't wait for a new class of children to experience the fun, challenge and excitement of a GyM project!

As a post-pandemic focus, we have prioritised the growth mindest approach to our school. Although staff had been trained some time ago, we also had a number of new staff since the initial training.<br>Gemma and Liz provided excellent training for the staff. In days of remote training, this can often be very difficult, but they have managed to still be personable and energetic despite the drawbacks of Zoom/ Teams.<br>Content was accessible for all, and drew out a lot of honesty and self-reflection from the staff. Sometimes getting staff to be positive during training sessions can be challenging (especially the twilight sessions!), but there was never an issue due to the content and delivery. It is quite a skill to get teachers to move out of their comfort zones when leading training from a screen!<br>We will continue to use the Growing Your Mindset approach, and we know that the training has helped get the best from us and ultimately the pupils. Thank you, Gemma and Liz!
