A very large hotel which does what it does very well. Just well too busy, too big and impersonal. (Staff friendly though). Food and drink very expensive. Merlot bland and tasteless.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Bury. Friendly staff.
Was upgraded free to a lovely club room with really good quality amenities
[although there was a leaking water sound all day/ night long which was noisy].
Generally good experience and would recommend.
Hot tip: Avoid black cabs which charge twice as much as the others.

Room was quite dated, I’ve stayed at a club room here before which is far nicer. Bathroom needs an extractor fan, windows are mouldy, cups were chipped.

Stayed here before was lovely and clean. But this time was a let down like it’s lost it’s fence of pride hair in the shower. Dirty cups. Dirty cushions on the bed. Food marks on the wall very dusty room look like it had not been hoovered
