I Messed up and booked twin, reception was extremely accommodating and even gave me a better room. All staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Room service very efficient. Only downside was room a bit cold but finding that in all hotels recently.

Overall a good experience even though the fire alarm went off and you can hear people walking on the top floor. Hotel is like a maze trying to find the room. Got lost when arriving to rom and also when leaving. Very well done up room. The pillows were too light and your head sunk in them when trying to sleep. Apart from that I enjoyed it

You'll wait for everything. The self service check in wont work and there will be no one manning the desk to help. If you've booked breakfast you'll wait for someone to acknowledge you at the entrance to the dinning room.

The room I was given was already occupied
I walked in the room to find a female wearingbinly her underwear
I was also sent the wrong invoice
I contacted the corporate website to be instructed I would have to contact Experian directly to receive the correct invoice relating to my stay

The staff were very nice helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfy, the iron wasn’t the best and some bottled water would of been a nice touch overall a great stay.
