Personal friendly service where people really do matter! Very knowledgable and brings the whole range of HR within easy reach. Niel has designed and delivered training, coaching for my managers, put in place a great HR process from contracts, job descriptions, handbooks and supported us with staffing issues. We wouldn't be without People Matters.

I know that should I need him for advice I can pick up the phone and ask and have referred him to a couple of friends in relation to employment issues. Niel provides a service which is personal and is specific to our needs. Prior to his involvement we were dealing with a generic HR advice service which kept us legally compliant but didn't offer anything further. We are much happier with the expertise Niel provides.
