Quick last minute overnight stay with my daughter. Booked inter connecting rooms at a B&B rate. Checked in, rooms weren’t inter connected, not even next door to each other. Reception staff had to refer to housekeeping as didn’t know which rooms had that option - poor.
Rooms were actually brilliant. Spacious, well equipped and clean. Lightning could be better and hairdryer only just reached the mirror. Great bathroom - we’ll above average.
Room service took 40 minutes to arrive. Order was wrong and half of the food was cold - poor.
Breakfast - went early. Great cold buffet. Half the cooked food was cold - poor.
The rooms were great but the food was overpriced for what you didn’t get. Reception staff seemed inexperienced and not very friendly. They need to improve their customer service to match their great rooms and facilities. Also, booking system is poor and they need to answer the phones promptly and politely.
It could be very good they just need to try harder and learn about customer service.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom with everything you could need.
Only negatives were that the room was too hot (but it's so often the opposite that I didn't mind too much) and it was impossible not to soak the bathroom floor when having a shower. Not the end of the world, though.

On arrival I self checked in. I had an email the day before to upgrade by choosing a price. I had to wait for a member of staff to see if this had been upgraded. Club rooms were nice but I paid £15 extra for sky tv and a coffee machine and some toiletries I can’t use. I found out later a lady had been upgraded for free so not happy.
First club room had a window that would not close so was moved. Second room had a mark on duvet and no sky. Lovely receptionist changed duvet and sorted sky box and even bought up a glass of wine.
Leisure facilities were great. Can’t fault them.
Dinner in pub - well my order was taken incorrectly so ended up with tasteless goujons and cold rubbery chips. They refunded this after I complained.
Breakfast was really nice. Can’t fault.
Staff were happy to keep my case for me while I was at an event.
I would stay again but wouldn’t upgrade as I can’t see the point.

Stayed for a weekend away. Rooms were clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Excellent nights sleep. Leisure facilities were very busy and couldn't use jacuzzi/ steam due to it being max capacity and people staying in for long periods.

Stayed in a standard room for 1 night - room was clearly well used and could do with some general TLC. Bed was comfortable though and had a good nights sleep. Slight issue when I got home as noticed that the payment for the room had been taken out of my bank account twice - hotel staff apologised when I contacted them and issued a refund which I can expect to receive in the next 5 working days. Overall, our stay was fine and can't complain about the price.

Stayed here for work, 4 nights in one of their Club rooms.

Very nice and modern, with great staff.

1st room was filthy with very suspicious stains on the walls and carpets 🤬🤬, moved to a different room and it was great, very clean and had a nicer feel to it.

55” tv with full sky hd package and a nice coffee machine was also in the room.

I would have liked some draws to store my clothes in rather than emptying my bag and repacking each day.

I would use this chain again as had a great time for work event.

Great hotel with excellent facilities, just off the motorway and close to all amenities. Lovely rooms and bathrooms, quiet corridors and a good night's sleep. Helpful staff, excellent parking facilities and great food in the pub. We were staying over for a family celebration and the hotel did not disappoint. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay, good parking and breakfast was good too. Did not use the leisure facilities but looked good from the window!
Staff very helpful and polite, loved the black cat that sat in the window of the foyer, maybe it's not a hotel cat, but it actually brightened our time seeing if he was there in the morning!

I spent the night here after attending the soul & motown night.......The event was excellent, i paid £25 for a 3 course meal (basic but adequate) and there was a soul singer & disco (drinks were overpriced as they are at most places like this)........

The hotel is quite big with a lesuire center and large pool and a starbucks coffee shop..The deluxe room was nicley decorated and had a large flat screened TV and tassimo coffee machine...........also an excellent drench shower and dyson air cooler................

.Breakfast was self service........and was OK with plenty of choice but the cooked breakfast was a bit dry because it is kept warm under heat lamps....

Overall the stay was a good experience as I managed to get a good deal......
