Too noisy after midnight disabled facilities excellent. Staff very helpful. Initial problem (light bulb missing) corrected within 30 mins . Restaurant good and all staff very helpful to a wheelchair bound client

Visited here with my family, lovely restaurant, pub, gym, lesuire facailities, onsite Starbucks coffee shop and spa. Great value for money, no disappointments whatsoever. I would recommend this place.

This was our second stay at the hotel and the hotel was clean, staff were helpful and the check in was very easy to follow. Our meal in the public house was lovely and well worth the money. Me and my partner will definitley be back again.

Great location, wonderful room and fantastic facilities. Will be back regularly as great value as well with multiple options for dining. Was blown away by the size of the pool area and the amazing gym facilities.

Hotel facilities are very good. Good spa facilities too. Restaurant is ok. Parking is good.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows. Everything worked as it should. Good facilities in the room.
Bathroom is clean and functional but slightly dated.
Staff are friendly and service is good.

I go back to the UK quite often to see family and almost always stay here because it is close to where my sons live, also because of the leisure facilities as I get to take my grandchildren swimming. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been refurbished, the gym is excellent with its new equipment. The restaurant is usually good food but they have recently changed the menu, I always look forward to a great fillet steak but it's no longer on the menu so opted for a minute rump steak which was pretty bad ! so thin you could see through it, I asked for it rare which was pointless ! Think it was 22 GBP way too expensive for what it was.

It was our second stay at the village, and we know that we'll come back here every time. We're warmly welcomed, we're helped every time.we need it, and it's clean and silent. We can eat there, morning or evening, and we can use a great swimling pool.and the gym.

Very friendly staff,service in the entire hotel was excellent friendly and quick .breakfast was lovely lots to choose from .from central to bacon to fresh fruit .The rooms are lovely and spacious .overall excellent hotel and will be returning again

Disappointed with our stay this time, usually stay in an upperdeck room and never have any problems, however we opted for a club room, we had a sleepless night as bed were awful and we were next to a power room, so noise all night and to top it off there wasn't a drop of hot water for a shower or to have a wash. We checked out at 7am and went home.

Amazing friendly staff who couldn't do enough. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and so was breakfast. good nights sleep. Definatly stay again and recommend to others. We stayed with the Sunday night deal, what a bargain
