Had such a calm and stress free time when renting from Lifestyle Sales and Lettings. Henry and Niall have been more than helpful answering any questions we had. They ensured the process in getting they keys was quick and efficient (to best suit us). Would definitely recommend for those looking at renting or even landlords looking at using a letting agents. All the help has been really appreciated, especially because we are first time renters and can now live stress free knowing everything we need to know because of these guys!

The dealership was a little intimidating at first as it was large and busy, but Muj made us feel instantly welcome and talked us through the entire process! Would definitely recommend using the Car Co. Muj was an excellent help throughout the full process.<br><br>Addition: Had trouble with the car after 24 hours (completely unavoidable from myself and Car Co). It was very easy to get sorted, they supplied a courtesy car and fixed everything under warranty. Service team are easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the process.

Kas (Kasim) Abass has been a pleasure to deal with from the Bury branch.
I never usually leave reviews on things, and I didn’t actually end up buying a car from Kas (not because of anything to do with Kas or the car, but because my own situation changed) - but I felt compelled to share a positive review for Kas because of the way that he handled the communication between us.
I live 200 miles from the branch, so couldn’t see the car in person but Kas sent over 5 or 6 detailed videos of the car and sent over all of the service history. His communication over the phone and WhatsApp was superb and he answered every question that I had.
Highly recommend Kas, and if you are looking for a BMW X5 - they have a beautiful one at the Bury branch - check it out and ask for Kas.
Although I didn’t buy from Kas this time, it’s likely that I will in the future.
