Room warm and inviting . Comfy beds . Fluffy towels large shower great TV
Too much noise coming from people moving around above felt like they had cloggs on . They came in in the middle of the night and we could hear all the moving around room disturbed our stay .

Very friendly staff and lovely rooms
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and a good size, as was the bathroom. Everything we needed was there.
Whoever has occupied the room previously had been smoking and the room did still smell a little of smoke. Staff were quick to send someone round when we reported it though. Also, the bathroom sink was slow to drain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though.

Only issue was I booked a employee into the property and told concierge room only. They was still able to charge a extra to the room ie a drink for £11 which I didn’t authorise!

Exceptional luxury for the price
Receptionist was very welcoming. Layout was perfectly set out. Starbucks! (I didn't know there was one)! Late bar. Friendly staff. Super comfy bed and very clean room.
I almost missed the turn off from the roundabout. It could do with a big sign "Village hotel" with an arrow pointing to the small turn off on the main roundabout.

I checked in 1:20am nobody was around had to wait to be told no food is available drinks etc slept on a empty stomach while cold draft was coming through window all night...

Great hotel but could improve
The staff are really nice and friendly. The dinner menu is nice.
Breakfast is poor. Not enough choice. Usually cold. No flavour and not cooked properly bathroom's not properly clean around showers and toilets mould

The staff are you main strength, unfortunately investment in the the hotel as a whole is lacking
Convenient location, staff were great, room was comfortable
The hotel has become tired and needs updating, facilities such as sanitary bags were not available, breakfast was average
