I first used PAW Plumbing & Central Heating when my boiler failed just before my daughter was born, so I needed it replacing quickly. Paul was able to fit me in at short notice and talked me through all the options, the work required and the costs involved so I knew exactly what to expect.
The installation wasn't straightforward as some of the existing pipework needed altering to work with the new boiler. Paul explained everything clearly, completed the work to a high standard, capped off an old gas fire for me at the same time, and put everything back together afterwards. He was tidy, reliable and kept me informed throughout.
Since then he's serviced the boiler and replaced all of the radiators in the house. Again, the work was completed to a high standard and he took the time to explain what needed doing and why.
What I appreciate most is that Paul never assumes you understand plumbing terminology. He explains things clearly, answers questions honestly and makes sure you understand the options before making a decision.
I'd happily recommend PAW Plumbing & Central Heating to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber.
