Gym locker keys were not working despite numerous locker key and locker changes. Numerous back and forth to the reception to get this sorted.

Good facilities but the rooms are dated.
The pool, jacuzzi etc were lovely, the bar and the downstairs are too.
The rooms are really dated and in need of an update, the walls and carpet are dirty and the windows need replacing desperately.
