Went to a joint 50th/70th family celebration last night and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this venue. The room is stunning with fabulous views over Bury. The staff were wonderful, extremely courteous and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Huge bi-folding doors which opened the room up to the lovely balcony when it was extremely hot outside but also could be closed if there was a a breeze which unfortunately as the evening wore on there was. 10/10 for everything.

We recently held our christening celebration in the function room and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, making everything so easy to organise. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, and incredibly welcoming throughout the day.
The food was delicious, the function room was clean, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the stunning view made the occasion even more special. We would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to celebrate a special event. Thank you for helping make our day so memorable!

I visited Hayley for a colour consultation in April, and it has taken me this long to write a review because I’ve been too busy enjoying the benefits of my new colour palette!
The consultation was eye-opening, and Hayley’s knowledge and expertise were exceptional. She made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me understand which colours work best for me and why.
Since then, I’ve had a major wardrobe clear-out and feel much more confident when shopping for clothes and putting outfits together. Getting dressed is easier, and I have a much clearer sense of my personal style.
It’s easy to put yourself on the back burner when you become a mum and spend so much time focusing on everyone else. Fashion and style were always interests of mine in my teens and early twenties, but over the years that took a back seat.
With Hayley’s help, I’ve rediscovered that interest and feel far more confident in the way I dress. In my forties, I feel more comfortable and assured in my style than ever before. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone considering a colour consultation.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from MKM Bury.
I ordered gravel on Friday and received an email saying that someone would contact me to arrange delivery. Nobody called me until Tuesday morning, when I had to call the branch myself. Only then was my delivery arranged.
During the call, I clearly asked for the gravel to be left in the garden or as close to the garden as possible. My request was completely ignored. The driver left the gravel wherever it was most convenient for him, making much more work for me.
The lack of communication and the failure to follow simple delivery instructions were very frustrating. I expected much better customer service.
I hope MKM improves its communication with customers and ensures that delivery instructions are followed in the future.
