Only an overnight stay whilst visiting relatives but the greeting at reception was very warm and efficient, our room was clean and had all the necessary items we would want. We if in the area would stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Great hotel, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Nice quite location but with perfect access to the motorway.

Good value for money break. Clean room with a bath which is a bonus and friendly and helpful staff. There was a wedding on and the room was well soundproofed. We would stay again

Really convenient hotel for our one night stay. Close to motorway, but otherwise no other amenities in the immediate vicinity. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Excellent spacious room, comfy beds, spotlessly clean bathroom with toiletries provided, and good selection of drinks on the tea tray. Good wifi signal too.
Did not dine in the hotel so cannot comment on evening food, but breakfast was excellent - a good choice on the cold buffet and hot food cooked to order with quality ingredients. Toast was a DIY affair, but at least this was good bread and proper toasters ( not the continental slow/ineffective type). Some noise from adjacent rooms was the only downside. Otherwise our room overlooking the rear of the hotel was quiet with a countryside view. Might be noisier in rooms on the front.

Room ok although carpet and side of bed needed a good scrub! Walls are very thin and we could hear everything next door and upstairs. Room quite small but ample for a one night stay.

Lovely hotel, in a fairly quiet location but close to the motorway and just a short drive into Bury and Ramsbottom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast menu.

A perfectly decent hotel, very handy for M66 (Junction 1) but still quiet and enjoyable. A bit of a rabbit warren inside, but you soon get the hang of it.
Excellent restaurant and staff - well worth trying its rosette. Good secure car park.
