Over the last 8 weeks, I've had the privilege of attending People Matters HR Leadership Development Programme - through my employer. The programme was very educational and insightful, full of useful tips, workplace examples and role play. We even had a great laugh along the way. Niel shared his wealth of knowledge and really spent time with each of us on the course to help develop us for our specific roles. A great addition to the programme was the first session, looking at the psychometrics of each individual and our leadership styles. Highly recommend.
