The receptionist, Rachel, was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything required for our stay. She explained thoroughly the timings of the function, breakfast and check out. We would also like mention the chef at breakfast, Ayman, who ensured that our dietary requirements were met.

Alison and Sylvia are always very responsive when, as meeting organiser, I have to make last minute requests such as changing room layout, additional equipment or technical support with projectors etc. They maintain a polite and professional manner at all times no matter what challenge I give them. I was forced to stay away at very short notice. I phoned the Village from my mobile to book the room. The lady I spoke to held the room for me because she was concerned that I would have to drive and dictate my card number to follow the normal booking procedures. When I arrived I was expected and a family room in a quiet location had been allocated as there were a few parties taking place. An excellent service!
