Hi Natasha
Just a brief note to say that everything went very well last night and we certainly will be using your facilities again for meetings during the day/evening.
I thought the facilities excellent. We have used the hotel for dinners over the last 3 months and have always been impressed.
Dorothy did an excellent job and please pass on our thanks. Her customer service skills are great and perhaps you could let your senior management know how impressed we were with her. The food was excellent as well.
Look forward to arranging our meetings with you again very soon, and thank you too for your excellent and efficient service.

I just wanted to email you to say THANK YOU for all your hard work with the organisation of Pete McCann’s retirement party that was held last weekend (27th April).
The party was a great success, everyone enjoyed themselves (some probably a little more than they should have J).
The rooms looked great, laid out well and the balloons you did for us finished it all off nicely.
The staff on the night were fantastic, very helpful (especially to me), and friendly. Also the food was great, with many people having seconds and thirds!
As you know, we had many guest staying overnight as well, those who have since called me have said how great their stay was, right from the rooms to the service.
So all in all I would say everything was a great success.
Should we ever need to do this again (and personally I hope it’s not for a long time as I don’t think I could take the stress), we would certainly not only use the Village Hotel again, but would recommend your services to anyone.

Hi Natasha
I just wanted to write and thank you and everyone involved at the Village Bury for making my 50th Birthday celebrations so enjoyable.
We had a great night at the Dirty Dancing Tribute night and everyone who came really enjoyed themselves.
From the minute we checked in everything ran like clockwork! Our rooms were exactly what we had booked and I loved the Upper Deck room.
The staff in the function room were really helpful and let us decorate the table and helped us stash away a birthday cake ready for the evening.
Everyone commented on the meal and how tasty it was and how everything was served hot which I am sure is not easy when catering for a large number of people.
We loved the entertainment and the compere, Paul? kept us dancing all night long with some great music.
I have attached a couple of photos, I am the one in the black and white dress!
All in all a great night, excellent value for money, thanks again Natasha for helping me to organise it.

Just wanted to let you know how much my family and I thoroughly enjoyed Christmas Lunch at the Village. It far exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the staff were excellent and very pleasant and they even managed to serve all our meals at the same time, even though they were obviously very busy.

I wanted to feedback from our event in view of the situation that we were presented with just a couple of weeks prior to our Product Launch event.
Without trailing over the history of how and why the matter arose, I want you to know that the feedback from this event was truly complementary to both the venue but in particular to the staff on the day.
This evaluation comes from both staff and our customers who attended. They felt that format, layout and smoothness of the event was well achieved, that the catering and staffing exceeded expectations, location was ideal and the overall effectiveness too exceeded expectations and so for this I would like to both thank you and congratulate the staff who worked tirelessly to ensure that our event delivered.
Constructively, I would like to add that Sam, your professionalism in listening, interpreting and understanding our needs were well received making me believe that you could met our objectives. My only two points to raise include the cold temperature in the Vibe Suite and the back screen projector which I understand was not always eligible.
Thank you again to a job well done.

We have used the Village Hotel for a number of our business exhibitions and I cannot fault this venue. Nothing is too much trouble for the events staff and they are always friendly. They are a real credit to the hotel.
