We have stayed here on many occasions and on this occasion I believe this is the poorest of all. The room was OK, meagre tea and coffee facilities (even though a family room) cramped space once the bed was pulled out and for an over £100 per night room - very dissappointing. The next morning after a poor nights sleep, the kids complaining about the bed being uncomfy, I tried it - and yes, horrible - metal ridges from the frame being felt. The breakfast was also very poor too. Less choice again than previous visits, and the food was just luke warm. We not be visiting again, which is a shame as previously this has been a very good brand and had some nice stays here.

decor in the hotel rooms, restaurant, reception etc very dismal. Lighting was poor even in the restaurant., and the blinds being down did not help . The bar tables where you sat with your drink did n ot look like they had been cleaned in weeks. I will not be using this hotel group again.

I liked the hotel and the fact that it had a pool. The staff were very attentive and I believe that it was good value for money. However, I was in a room beside, what sounded like a very noisy boiler room and the window looked out over the roof of the leisure centre. That was my only small issue.

Staff all really lovely and helpful, nice spa and swimming pool areas, rooms though are tired and bathrooms dated - cleaning could be more thorough - pair of knickers from the previous guests under chair :-( breakfast was good, noisy at night as obviously popular with hen parties

Stayed here on a Friday night for our Wedding anniversary, we were upgraded to the upper deck and it was fantastic. Lovely modern clean room, great bathroom products and Starbucks coffees, teas and hot chocolate on the drinks tray.

Great facilities, we used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.

Great breakfast with lots of variety.
