Good
Room was OK, but (as is often the case) totally inadequately lit. If you provided a bright light in the middle of the ceiling, I wouldn't have to use it if I didn't want to, but if you don't provide it, ... This was doubly an issue because the tiny window looked straight out onto a blank wall, which meant that the room was naturally very dark.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The location was good.
The room smelt on arrival and I needed to air it out. The carpet was filthy The family room that I booked was opposite the lift so people banged their doors all night and I could hear everyone coming back from their night out. All shouting

A nice hotel with friendly staff with good facilities had an enjoyable stay apart from little sleep.
Liked everything about the hotel, nice open bar/breakfast area, nice rooms/gym/pool facilites, great that it had abit of entertainment/singer on also
Lack of sleep for myself/wife & little girl,due to the room above walking about all night,banging chairs etc , from the birthday party that was on in the hotel that night, I know we weren't the only ones to have this in our group after speaking about it the following morning. Ruined what was a lovely stay and resulted in the scores been lower than they should be above.
