I stayed here for a week and Sarah, Ashley and Lauren have been excellent so friendly and kind in their help. They are a fantastic team and we're always smiling and cheerful.
Also the lady who works on the desk for the pool / a fantastic place I would come back anytime and the reception staff are the best in any hotel reception I've ever been to. Checking in and out is so quick and simple and the prices are so reasonable thankyou so much Heidi

Although I have their app it never works with the automatic check in at different Village Hotels.
I booked a Disabled room but I was not given one, plus on checking in I asked if I had a Disabled room however the receptionist let me go up first to check in to find it ' Was Not a Disabled room ' That's not good enough.
My room had a bath with rails, not a proper ' Disabled' room for example a wet room with a shower & seat was what I was expecting.
I paid for breakfast too but some things had run out and were not replaced.
A bit average and I was quite unhappy that they had mixed up the allocation of a Disabled room.
I rang on more than 2 occasions to make sure I was allocated a ' Disabled ' room.
This did NOT happen and as I am Disabled it's unacceptable.
I have stayed at different Village Hotels so I can genuinely tell the difference.

Stayed here for two nights in a Club room, with a company conference on the second day.

The staff are very welcoming, the room was nicely decorated with good facilities and a comfortable bed. Possibly too comfortable. Visits to the gym and pool were passed up for an extra hour or two of sleep.

The restaurant is good for breakfast, but the pub/bar is great for evening drinks and dinner.

Conference facilities are good as is the service provided.

Lovely hotel and excellent facilities but the walls in the bedrooms are paper thin, you can literally hear every word from the room next door and they werent being particularly loud. Id come again but it was annoying as we were woken many times in the night and early in the morning.

Just like most of the village hotels this one will not let you down. It's nice and modern inside. I upgraded to the club room which was lovely nice and spacious with a nice big TV and with what felt like the world biggest most comfortable bed!! We slept great and will definitely be back. The pools was lovely my daughter had a great swim nice friendly staff. The changing rooms were nice and clean too really spacious. There is a lovely shopping complex 5 minutes away with the most delicious Nando's might I add. Thanks village can't wait to return.

Hotel was nice, service excellent but we upgraded to a club room which was over looking the car park at the front. The window was like it was open. It was so noisey. Also the heater didn't work in the room.

Really liked the hotel for value for money and service delivered upon my arrival. I had a disturbed night's sleep due to the person(s) in the room above suffering from insomnia and constantly pacing the room.

It was a pleasure from the start of our journey to the end on the Wedding Day.
Louise Muir our Wedding Co-ordinator was the best, she helped me to Plan my Mum's and Step Dad's Wedding Breakfast and also the pre-meal drinks and the Rooms. The Bride and Groom arrived to a Red Carpet and welcomed by all the front of house staff, very surreal for them, but very appreciated.
We all went to the bar for our drinks, served by really nice staff, we were escorted to the Wedding Breakfast Meal, the room was AMAZING, there was plenty of food for everyone to enjoy, the whole experience was just great, the staff in the service for the meal was led by the 'Ops manager' Megan and her staff Amy.
Great celebrations had by all, especially the Bride and Groom.
Breakfast in the morning was full of lovely food choices to eat, all of our Family who had stayed over at the Hotel too, were there it was a lovey Get together for us all.
Mum and Dad were greeted and served by Julie Davenport, who was a great help to (Mum and Dad,) BRIDE and GROOM ...telling their story to her of how they met 60+ years later to find a spark still there and the spark turned to LOVE.....
thanks to the Village for making our Wedding day Celebrations
