The member of staff on reception (Tracie) was extremely friendly and sorted my booking issue with minimum fuss
My booking.com reservation did not appear on the hotels reservation system which resulted in a wait while my details were transferred

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was nice.
In my opinion the bed was hard and I woke with a backache. I thought the room was quite basic for what I paid.

The Facilities were good and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like that as a paying guest, I was expected to pay for parking. I feel that as I was staying for 3 nights midweek to visit family that parking should have been free.. I also didn't expect to have to pay for towels in the pool and had I known this, I would have brought my own.

Room was clean and big enought for 3 ppl
Breakfast was very poor, small choice. the next day food was like leftovers from the previous day. which was associated with poor quality of food - it was dry. the Service doesn’t respons to comments related to this. stay with breakfast included = Lost money.
