After a number of years working for some of the leading outsource HR and Employment Law providers in the country, I made the decision to set up NORI - HR and Employment Law with my wife, Amrita, in order to offer a more personalised service to micro businesses and SME’s.
As well as a vast knowledge of Employment Law, I have run tribunals and also have a number of years experience in an operational role and therefore understand some of the hurdles that businesses face when employee engagement becomes an issue.
