Belvoir is booming as exciting merger takes place.

Exciting times are ahead as Belvoir expands it's brand and merges with Rayson Wilshaw.
Rayson Wilshaw has been established for over 20 years in Bury - they are now joining forces and merging with Belvoir, the UK's largest let only specialists.

Times change - the housing market has once again begun to show substantial growth and as such, the time has come to expand.
Belvoir have built their business here in Bury on three core values: "professionalism", "specialism" and "customer service".

Over the last six months, the two directors of Belvoir, Bury have been in discussion with local agent, Rayson Wilshaw. They were looking for a local agent with a good reputation and having worked alongside one another previously on other projects, this was the perfect opportunity.

The merge will see Belvoir, Bury taking full control of the company and enable them to take the step into the sales industry. They will be bringing the lettings side of Rayson Wilshaw to the forefront and the level of specialism that Belvoir, Bury provide.

You'll still see the Rayson Wilshaw brand on sales boards around town, but now managed by Belvoir but clients will receive the service that their clients have become accustomed to over the years.

The merger will see a third branch for Belvoir. The first branch in Bury has been established for three years, closely followed by a second branch in Oldham and now, the Rayson Wilshaw office in Holcombe Brook. The office will be run by new sales manager Gino alongside Sue who has been with the company for over 20 years.

Due to the expansion, Belvoir now have an operations manager who brings a wealth of experience to the team. Claire will take over many aspects of the business including looking after landlords and inventory reports as well as the financials.

We would like to wish the team at Belvoir the very best of luck as they start a new chapter in their business life, not that they'll need it of course!
