Local residents are being encouraged to nominate people who are involved in sport. They will be considered for the Greater Manchester Sports Awards 2013.
The Bury Sports Awards provides an opportunity for members of the community to gain recognition and reward for their outstanding contribution to sport in Bury. The awards are also designed to celebrate and highlight individual sporting achievements over the last twelve months.
Bury Girls & Ladies Football Club will be kick-starting the adult section of the club in time for the summer.
