Excellent customer service and amazing attention to detail! Emma and Jay are utterly amazing. I have travelled many times using ‘Travel by Knight’ and have always had amazing service from beginning to end from resort holidays, backpacking expeditions, bespoke tour of India, city breaks as a couple and a family and with friends. This time was a solo trip for me without the husband and kids. The destination was secured and booked. TbK checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed for a safe and secure trip. We have just returned from an amazing family holiday to Zanzibar – nine of us, of all ages, travelling together to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.
We booked with Emma & Jason, as we have done several times before, and as always, they were fabulous.
From the very first WhatsApp message, nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so, because they simply make travelling easy.
In a world full of AI chat services and automated responses, having Emma & Jason at the end of the phone is priceless! Having that security blanket while we’re away gives me, as the chief organiser, the chance to actually switch off, relax and be present with my loved ones, knowing that we are – and always will be – in good hands, wherever we are in the world.
It’s all the little extra touches too, from the postcards welcoming us home to the bottle of fizz sent directly to my parents for their anniversary. They’re such lovely gestures and really do mean the world.
At a time when great customer service and genuine human interaction seem to be disappearing, Emma & Jason are a wonderful reminder of just how much the personal touch matters.
