Absolutely fantastic service rang up at 3 o’clock in the afternoon by 7:15 the next day it was delivered to my doorstep. Driver was professional and on time customer service were excellent and pointed me in the right direction for what I want. definitely buy from them again. This is my third time. Would absolutely recommend them.

First class service

To say they have a 5 star service is an understatement. I give them 6/5 and I tell you why in a min.

I found them on Auto trader and had no idea who they were. I had been looking for a BMW and after looking around with some of the biggest names in the industry including Arnold Clark, Motoring.com,Saxton etc, they were the ones who were able to find me the right type of car.

The customer services from the word go was bespoke and personal. Tahir (the owner) went above and beyond to speak to me over the phone, got my details and sorted the finance out within a few days.

Mujh his assistant and team member was equally brilliant sending me pictures and videos of the car at the same time keeping me well informed. He even sent me a video of the car exhaust tones with revs, which was brilliant. That bonded me with the car even before I could see it. I am based in London and it was one hell of a journey to get the car from that far but it was all worth it.

We entered the place and we were offered tea and a place to sit in an office. I must admit it's not the flashiest of places if you are about ambiance however if you wish a personal touch and attention to detail with care and consideration, which the bigger dealers lack at times, then Panacea Motors is the dealer you need to go and see.

My BMW turned out to be well polished, clean and a genuinely looked after car. Test drove it liked it, drove it back to London loved it 😍

Whilst I was insuring the car on compare the market, the insurers messed my dates up and I couldn't drive back to London. Panacea Motors went above and truly beyond, got me a temp cover all inclusive and made sure I reached home safely.

Now this is what you call customer damn services people.

These guys are made differently and they deserve as much appreciation as any of the big boys. I have no doubt with more time, investment and hardwork they have the potential to be among the very best.

Even though I am in London, but when I am ready for my next car, and if they have the car I want, I am coming back to Bury 100%.

The work was carried out and the issues fixed.

I dropped the car at 9.30am and was told at 12.30 that the m.o.t had failed and was given a quote for the fix which I was very happy with. I was told that the car would be ready for 5.30 and at around 5.15 I received a call and was informed that the wrong parts were ordered and so the car wouldn’t be ready that day.

Slightly annoying but not a big problem and I was offered a courtesy car over the phone. The garage is about 25 minutes away from my home so I arranged for a relative to pick me up and take me to the garage. I was given the keys to the courtesy car and after not being able to find the car in the car park the lady who served me couldn’t apologise enough and said that it seems another customer had taken the courtesy car with the other set of keys.

Luckily the person that gave me a lift had waited for me because they then had to bring me back home.

I don’t think this reflects the competency of the garage and I’m sure it’s an isolated issue but that’s the reason for the three star rating.

I was also told that as an apology the car would be washed and valeted and that I wouldn’t be charged any extra because the parts required were actually more expensive than the wrong parts that were ordered. How true that statement is I’m not too sure and after picking up the car it had been washed and the carpets were cleaned but to the same standard that it was done last year so I don’t expect they have done any more than the bare minimum that they offer to everyone.

I still have another years included m.o.t and service as part of the deal when purchasing the car but I don’t think after next year I would go out of my way to take it to this garage.

I would however purchase another vehicle from here in future but maybe avoid the m.o.t and servicing
