We needed a same-day collection for four standard outdoor bins, several loose bin bags, a large pile of cardboard and a hamster cage. Most other companies had quoted us between £200 and £250, so we were extremely pleased when Senior Waste Removals quoted us just £125 for the job.
They initially didn’t have a same-day time slot available, which was essential for us. However, around 10 minutes later, they called me back to say they had managed to rearrange things and squeeze our collection in that day. We were incredibly grateful that they made the extra effort to accommodate us at such short notice.
The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful and explained the entire process clearly. I sent photographs of the waste through WhatsApp and received a quote almost immediately, making the whole process quick and straightforward.
Payment was equally convenient. I was given the choice of paying by card over the phone or through a secure Xero invoice link. I chose the online option, which was simple and took only a few moments to complete.
Overall, the communication was excellent, the pricing was considerably better than the other quotes we received, and the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally.
A genuine 10/10 experience. We will definitely use Senior Waste Removals again whenever we next need a waste collection service.
