I had 4 quotes from different firms for an alarm system and Safecell was about the middle quote but the difference was they arrived on time to quote and were very instructive on my requirements. The two engineers who came Tom and Oliver were tidy and non intrusive when installing the system. They explained the proceedure of working the alarm very well and did not leave until I was sure of the alarm . I am 80yrs old so this was very important to me. On conclusion of work they left the house clean and tidy. The alarm itself up to now is working great and I am very pleased with it. Excellent service from Safecell, received the quote for a door entry system, it was installed on the day as instructed. They back to assist with the additional installation of additional cards as an extra service which wasn't necessary. Extremely polite and professional at all times. I called out safecell yesterday as I had a problem with my house alarm, they were at my house within the hour and they went through everything in detaill with me so I understood as I know nothing about alarms!! nothing was too much trouble. The engineer who came immeditaely put covers on his shoes (even though his shoes weren't dirty) without me having to ask!! I will be looking to upgrade my alarm soon as mine is quite old and safecell will be my first choice, I would definitely recommend, great personal service, thank you safcell
