We have Ponds Northwest here to do spring maintenance of the pond. The pond was made over 20 years ago by Dave and his associate at the time. Still a great feature in our garden. Would certainly recommend them.

Dave from Ponds Northwest built my pond approximately 10 years ago, and has been maintained by him since, his son Connor has done the pond the last few years. They operate to a very high standard. So my pond runs great all year round. Highly recommend this company. Pete Molyneux.

I am delighted with the work carried out yesterday afternoon. Jake cleaned the pond, did the necessary maintenance and once he had finished, the pond looked like new. Jake was professional, polite and friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the outcome and shall continue to have Ponds Northwest maintain my pond.

Nathan came last week and our pond has had the best service we have ever had - he cleaned the pond, waterfall, both pumps and the filter. He cut back overhanging bushes and roots that were going over the liner to try and get to the water! Superb job and better than we have had before. Thanks Nathan!

Ponds Northwest have fitted a small aquascape pond for us and we are extremely happy with the results. Dave and the team were very friendly and professional and we would highly recommend them. Dave has personally looked after me for many years. From installing my 18,000 litre pond with all the filtration required. Dave also regularly does my maintenance ensuring my water is crystal clear and the the fish are happy and healthy. I would recommend Ponds Northwest for both installation and ongoing maintenance. Very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. 😀

Contacted Ponds Northwest to do a full maintenance on the pond in our garden ( we moved in last year) . What a great job Connor and Jonno did , they completely emptied the pond , rescuing the frogs and newts in there. They took out all the plants trimmed them back . Jet washed and cleaned the pond. The pump was broken and the sourced one locally and fit it. They are both a credit to Ponds Northwest , polite , hard working and a pleasure to have on our property. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend . Six weeks on from the creation of our pond and waterfall by Pond Northwest, it’s now settled in and been planted up. We couldn’t be more delighted. The work carried out by ‘the lads’ was quick and efficient. They are also very polite, professional and tidy workers. We had some hiccups with the waterfall but they promptly made changes in consultation with us until we, and they were all satisfied with the result. I would recommend them.

I contacted ponds northwest on May Bank Holiday Monday to help with a pond pump that was no longer working. By Wednesday of that week two very helpful and professional guys arrived and quickly installed a new pump. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would definitely use them again.

Ponds northwest were fantastic from beginning right through to the end of building our new pond. If your not too sure exactly what spec you want they have a wealth of ideas to guide you right down to the finest details. Professional, efficient, on time, hard working, curtious, fantastic workmanship, can't say enough about ponds northwest. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend ponds northwest to anyone.
