Going into MODS, is like stepping Into a world of colour and relaxation all in one go. The displays of optical wear on the walls and in displays is beautiful. Greeted by a smiling Hayley who made me feel so comfortable. I have bought three pairs of glasses from MODS. I love to wear my new ones and always get asked where I bought them from. So different from normal off the peg glasses.

I discovered MODS and so glad I did. MODS provides not only unique glasses, but Hayley the owner also makes you feel fab. These glasses are original and unlike any others I've ever seen. The service is impeccable and the shop just makes you smile as you walk in. MODS Optical is not your typical Opticians, it is bright, inviting, colourful and fun! There is a wide choice of frames in a kaleidoscope of colours, arranged in modern interesting displays which really tempt you to try them on! Nothing is too much trouble for Hayley the owner, she has a real eye for detail and is only too happy to use her experience to help you choose the perfect frames. I cannot recommend this wonderful shop enough, it makes buying glasses fun, rather than a necessity!

What a service. nothing is too much , Hayley spends concentrated time with each customer making sure everything is perfect. She is fantastic at making suggestions- you will definitely not leave with a bog standard pair of glasses (unless of course that is what you really want!!!) . Really couldn’t ask for a better service or a better display of glasses. Ps love all the colour…. Just makes you feel so happy

I have always liked different glasses that aren't the normal boring big standard ranges and heard about Hayley opening a new shop in my local area of Prestwich. On entering I was like a kid in a candy shop for the first time and could not pick anything as was so overwhelmed with the bright funky selection of incredible frames. I have bought two pairs of glasses and wherever I go people say where are they from MODS!?!

Can’t recommend Hayley at MODS enough! So lovely to deal with, super accommodating and nothing is too much hassle! Always has a great array of frames in and has even ordered in specially for me when I wanted frames in a different colour to what she had in stock. Have been using her/MODS for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my new frames! Very highly recommended!

Absolutely delighted with my new specs purchased from the lovely Hayley at Mods Optical this morning. The store is done out beautifully and had a wonderful experience chatting with Hayley over a cup of coffee. The range of glasses was fantasic, with some really funky colourful styles rather than the bog standard usual frames you'd find at most big chain stores. So some weeks ago I was told to have to start wearing glasses full-time. I can’t tell you how much I absolutely hated the thought of it.

I could not recommend Hayley and Mods more highly. From start to finish Hayley listened to what I wanted, helped me pick a beautiful set of frames and guided me through choosing the right lenses for me. The shop itself is beautiful and a treasure trove of gorgeous glasses - I wish I could buy them all!!! I am so delighted with the frames I bought from Hayley at MODS Optical. I went in looking for a specific colour frame and she found me the absolute perfect pair.
