This was our first order and hopefully not the last judging by the service I received and the finished product. David C @ Bury have undertaken all of our graphic design and printing work since we opened just over a year ago. The design work they have done has always been exceptional and we feel that the consistency that has been shown in it and the quality of it was instrumental in our company winning our category in the Bentley International Property Awards, "the Oscars" of our industry. The level of service we have received has always beenexception, above and beyond what we expect of any supplier. Whenever we havea last minute ad deadline or we decide to go to an exhibition just days before they always come up with the goods and we make it on time. Having recently opened our second store in the UK they have played a lagre part in the look of it with the posters they have done for us, really making the office look lively. Working toward a press visit this Friday the guys there stayed late again to get all our jobs sent to make sure we had them by Friday. Really to summise!, we only wish all our suppliers were this committed and reliable! They have guaranteed themselves all of our design and print business through their continued excellent service. I have just started my own business and very glad that I came to for my business cards. I was very impressed with the range of letterheads, etc on display. A very friendly and efficient service they went out of their way to help a novice to produce a proffessional image. I tried to create my own artwork which wasnt correctly done the guys in this office were more than willing to advise and offer to help to rectify my problem without adding to the cost, but I will in future use them for the artwork and design too! I am writing this testimonial for as I cannot hide the fact their printing has helped my fledgling business, Phoenix Home Solutions. With starting a new business, the obvious early goal is to get the company name known throughout the area and I wanted to do this as soon as possible. I was approached by who suggested that I should do a leaflet drop in Bury and surrounding areas (my target audience) which would get my name on every doormat in the region. I was a little apprehensive at first as I myself have thrown leaflets straight in the bin, but once I saw the proof that had made, my mind was made up. They produced a fantastic leaflet in the shape of a paint can which really stood out from the rest. The price seemed reasonable for such a great product, so I ordered 10,000 straight away knowing only a few calls on the back of them had to turn into jobs to reclaim what I had spent. Thank you for designing a corporate image for Angela's Pantry. You were a quite restrictive remit as I wanted to retain the gingerbread man which has been used since the business started. In spite of this you came up with a professional logo, with colours that reflect the nature of the business. The turnaround time from design to receiving the completed product was only two weeks. The high quality business cards include a unique cut out around the outline of the gingerbread man, which many of my customers have favourably commented upon, partly because of the design but also the ease with which they can find my business card!
