I cannot recommend RM Business highly enough for their telephone answering services. I was losing a great deal of of business by not being immediately available when potential clients telephoned. RM Business Services now manage my diary and take bookings and answer questions - lots of questions!. Without any prompting from me - they also took the time and trouble to research my business to understand it. All of my customers who now phone - believe they are speaking to my PA because they are so knowledgeable about my business. They take calls with great care and email me after each call. If there is any emergency - they will text. Before RM Business I used to feel extremely anxious about being away from my telephone. Now I am relaxed knowing my calls are always attended to. RM Business offer a professional service at a sensible rate. I am only a very small business and did not feel that I would be able to afford - or justify - an answering service. I have proved to be very wrong about this. Thank you RM Business.

Great format, well run and the buffet was just right. Learnt a little about all attendees with the option to discuss in depth with the ones that interested you over a drink and food. Spot on Rachel.
Rachel, ably assisted by Jo, runs a great networking evening. Relaxed, informal and business focussed I would recommend it as great place for anyone new to networking as well as to seasoned networkers. Slates is an ideal venue and Andy and his team look after us well. Come along

last week Rachael spent several hours cleaning up my computer as it was full of stuff, is the only way I can describe it, now it is running better, everything is filed and has made life so much easier. Would recommend

We have used RM Business services for a number of years now; Rachel and her team very easily adjust to fitting in as virtual employees upon answering our business calls. Having made our office team smaller RM gives us the flexibility to keep our business professional without the need to re-employ at this stage which is top class during these hard business times. RM fit in with every aspect of our business and go out of their way to understand our and our customers’ needs; we receive many thanks from our customers for the polite and friendly way in which the calls are answered unknowingly on their part RM is in the driving seat. I can safely leave my business in their hands when I am out, on another call or just need 5 minutes out knowing that RM will keep my customers happy and the information they require. I can highly recommend Rachel and her team. They work tirelessly to get it right for their clients. I have no trouble telling everyone about their service. Great that they also have the Bury St Edmunds Office.
