Bill Kenny carried out a modernisation of our bungalow.External work included minor roof repairs, new rainwater goods and paving to rear and front garden & patio, plus water fountain.Internal work comprised converting separate WC & bathroom into new fitted bathroom & shower, fully fitted kitchen & master bedroom, extension of porch with fitted cloakroom cupboard,tiled flooring to bathroom & kitchen, laminate floor to lounge/dining room and lobby area & redecoration throughout. Total cost of works was approx £80,000.Bill's professional expertise & planning skills were invaluable as we were in occupation of the premises throughout the job.I have no hesitation in recommending this co.

Have recently had our garage converted into a room by Steve's team. A special thanks to Carl who took the project on and did an exceptional job. Fantastic finish inside, but better still the outside which was once an integral garage door is now a new window and brickwork that matches the existing brickwork so well you would never know that it isn't original. Would highly recommend Rutland Builders Ltd to anyone having building work big or small. First class service.
