Steve came out to our apartment to repair a reasonably minor issue but was still as professional as if we had hired him for a much larger job! Steve arrived when he said he would (very important after being let down by 2 other plumbers), did an absolutely fabulous job and charged the most reasonable sum. We would not hesitate to recommend this highly skilled and utterly professional, delightful handyman! We will certainly be using Steve again! Thank you sincerely Steve!

Steve did a number of jobs around my house to get it ready for sale. Fitted new garden lights, security lights, repaired non-flushing toilet, replaced sealant around shower and sink, filled cracks, replaced and painted a rotting wooden door panel and more, all in one day. He did a great job for a very competitive price and would have no hesitation employing him again.

One Stop were recommended to us by a friend around 2 years ago. We had an extensive building programme planned for our house including a refurbishment of a loft conversion, a new bathroom and a complete rebuild of the downstairs including new lounge, kitchen, utility room, study and family room. We had employed a previous architect who told us that our plans were impossible and who failed twice to get planning permission for the plans we ended up agreeing with him. Mark and his architect proved that our designs were feasible and succeeded in securing planning permission for our plans at their first attempt.When the building work started we met the rest of Marks team, around 8 of them, all of whom were fantastic. They were prompt every day, clean and tidy and most importantly of all formed really nice relationships with our children. In the end they were with us for around 10 months. The end product is of an outstanding quality and we could not be happier. We would recommened them without any hesitation

Rutland building are a rare find.
We had a large extension and internal works done by Steve and his team and I really can't recommend them enough.
Steve is the company owner and unlike a lot of building firms is hands on. We really liked the fact that Rutland building are a small local team rather than a big company with different people turning up everyday. His team have worked with him for years and are passionate about what they are producing and have great attention to detail. The quality of workmanship is extremely high end while the price is competitive.

The whole staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The treatment I have had is excellent , Jason is very caring and will always encourage me to look at my overall health. The clinic also holds extra sessions of general wellbeing for their patients - giving up their own time to do so. I know that they actively support local charities and will talk free of charge to local groups. They love to help others so deserve to be loved back.
