Steve and the team converted our loft instaling a bedroom, dressing room and en suite as well as a new family bathroom on our first floor. Steve took me to see some of his previous work locally which was invaluable. At every step, Steve answered all my questions (however silly) and provided a brilliant service. The work was high quality and the team of lads were fantastic, hard working and hilarious :-) I'd recommend Rutland to anyone. We're really happy with the quality of finish and the standard of workmanship - thanks Steve.

Steve Davis of Rutland Building fitted the bill and carried out the work in good time to our entire satisfaction. I found them to be friendly, courteous, efficient and tidy and the work was completed to a high standard of finish.Stevewas always at hand when any problems arose so that solutions were quickly agreed and executed without any fuss. We recently had a problem with penetrating damp at our home. We employed One Stop Building following a surveyor's report which recommended replacing the rendering and improving ventilation. The standard of work was very high and they created little mess and virtually no inconvenience. In the course of this work another problem was discovered which they rectified at minimal extra cost. They were not cheap but the quality of work and reliability was such that we got good value for what we paid.
