I love this place and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and your always made to feel welcome, Iv never felt uncomfortable going to a class on my own for the first time and you soon feel like part of the furniture. This place is amazing value for money with what you get for the price such a choice of classes. I still haven't had the time to try everything that's offered. The whole place is kept clean and modern and the changing facilities with private shower cubilcles are a plus. Im so grateful I found this place and would absolutely recommend it

I joined The Circle when my gym had closed its pool for refurbishment. Being a swimmer I was reluctant to do this, but since discovering Yoga, Body Balance and Yoga Flow via the great instructors at the Circle, I feel stronger, fitter and much more happier! It is a really friendly gym, non-competitive and everyone there is very welcoming. And as it is a ten minute walk from my house I can be there and back in just over an hour. A really welcome addition to the growing Portslade improvements. Thank you The Circle!

The Circle is a fabulous place to enjoy fitness. Excellent Instructors and a great variety of classes. Can't recommend it enough. What a brilliant idea for people who don't like gyms, but want to keep fit in a fun enjoyable way 🤗

I had an Aerial Yoga Birthday Party with Rosie at The Circle and it was amazing!
Rosie contacted me in advance to find out who would be attending, which music we would like played and to find out if we wanted a particular theme at all. Rosie then used this information to cater the perfect class for myself and my friends which was Disney inspired and suitable for a range of ages and abilities!
I was the only person in the class that had done Aerial Yoga previously but this did not matter; Rosie explained everything very clearly and precisely so that everybody, despite variance in ability, was quickly able to pick up the moves and have a great time also!
I would definitely recommend Rosie and The Circle for parties again in the future. Everything was highly professional and all of us had a really enjoyable experience!

I have been using Portslade MOT and Service Centre for over 3 years. I have always been wary of Garages and the prices I have been charged in the past. I searched for a 'Female Friendly Garage' online, found them and have never looked back. They are a great team, always friendly ,professional and lovely to talk to. They have helped me on numerous occasions, the latest being last Friday, when I needed my car to visit my elderly Mum in Hampshire. My car would not start, the battery was dead. I phoned my breakdown cover, and was told by them, that if they came out, I would be charged £98 + VAT, as I had already called them out once before, in the last year, to' kick start' my battery. I was shocked, and could not afford that kind of money. I phoned Stuart and the guys up, and they came round almost immediately, started my car, and did not charge me a penny. Stuart and the team, always go that extra mile, the service they provide is outstanding. Thank you, Guys
