I'm an Italian student and I think the centre is very nice. In particular the boy at the cafe is very kind and available. If you're hungry you can chose between sandwiches, full dishes and cakes. Everything is very good!

This is a really good class based gym in the local area. The staff are lovely and the timetable is flexible and offers a range of different styles of exercises to suit everyone. As someone who loves yoga there are plenty of classes everyday and night which can be hard to find in other gyms where you have to do Pilates just to stretch. For those who want more of an acrobatic challenge, there is aerial yoga. The studios are large, air conditioned and clean. Getting a place in the class you want is usually not a problem and gym is in a convenient location if you want to pop into Brighton after wards.

I love this place and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and your always made to feel welcome, Iv never felt uncomfortable going to a class on my own for the first time and you soon feel like part of the furniture. This place is amazing value for money with what you get for the price such a choice of classes. I still haven't had the time to try everything that's offered. The whole place is kept clean and modern and the changing facilities with private shower cubilcles are a plus. Im so grateful I found this place and would absolutely recommend it

I joined The Circle when my gym had closed its pool for refurbishment. Being a swimmer I was reluctant to do this, but since discovering Yoga, Body Balance and Yoga Flow via the great instructors at the Circle, I feel stronger, fitter and much more happier! It is a really friendly gym, non-competitive and everyone there is very welcoming. And as it is a ten minute walk from my house I can be there and back in just over an hour. A really welcome addition to the growing Portslade improvements. Thank you The Circle!

The Circle is a fabulous place to enjoy fitness. Excellent Instructors and a great variety of classes. Can't recommend it enough. What a brilliant idea for people who don't like gyms, but want to keep fit in a fun enjoyable way 🤗

I had an Aerial Yoga Birthday Party with Rosie at The Circle and it was amazing!
Rosie contacted me in advance to find out who would be attending, which music we would like played and to find out if we wanted a particular theme at all. Rosie then used this information to cater the perfect class for myself and my friends which was Disney inspired and suitable for a range of ages and abilities!
I was the only person in the class that had done Aerial Yoga previously but this did not matter; Rosie explained everything very clearly and precisely so that everybody, despite variance in ability, was quickly able to pick up the moves and have a great time also!
I would definitely recommend Rosie and The Circle for parties again in the future. Everything was highly professional and all of us had a really enjoyable experience!
