I would thoroughly recommend The Circle as a fun place to keep fit and healthy. The variety and amount of classes are second to none, and the instructors are well trained, knowledgeable, polite and me the classes fun to take part in. The staff are polite helpful and friendly and the entire place is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t feel at home in a gym bag t wants to keep fit in a fun way.

Excellent community centre that hosts many worthy events,meetings and workshops that benefit the city.
I was fortunate enough to attend a sanctuary on sea event to promote a refugee film promotion which was supported by Caroline Lucas.

A true gem in the heart of Portslade. The Circle Studios are a breath of fresh air — vibrant, clean, modern, spacious and colourful. The instructors are fun, friendly and helpful. There's such a great variety of classes available whatever your fitness level. It has a great community vibe and I am glad I can be part of it.

The Circle offer a VAST range of different classes from Les Mills programmes such as Body Pump and Attack to relaxation, yoga and Aerial Circus classes! At such a great price per month, this is a fantastic Fitness Studio and one that I highly recommend.
