The Lyons Practice in Shoreham-By-Sea dates back to the 1930s when Dr Robert Riddle practised from his house, 'St Johns' in John Street, Shoreham and was for many years the sole Shoreham GP. In 1969 the practice moved into the newly built Shoreham Health Centre. There are currently two doctors’ practices in the health centre. NHS service.
