I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sorting out our problem with the immersion water heater. First, we contacted our insurance provider who referred us to their preferred supplier, which was a string of failures or awful service for over 2 weeks. We were left with no hot water and despite numerous chasers nothing was done to put at least a temporary fix in place. Eventually the insurance company agreed that we could use another provider and they would pay us directly. HeatSpark attended the same day as I contacted you to check the problem and you managed to get the water supply working via Boost. Your quote was very reasonable, you ordered the parts straight away and they were delivered when you said they would be. You were available to come again with parts very promptly and fix the issue. I called them to enquire whether I would need a visit as my boiler was making a noise. What a pleasure it was to hear that they don't charge a high call out charge, and that before they come out I should check a few things as they didn't want me to waste my money. Makes a change! I will certainly keep their details for any future jobs
My tools did a fantastic job and checking if there was a gas leak in a boiler I had. In addition there were some electrical issues in the boiler and these were sorted too. Its really good to know that my tools have the certificates for both gas and electricity
