Local business networking group, Enterprise Exchange is the Braintree chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) and has grown well in the past year, particularly the last six months during which time the leadership team has done extraordinarily well to grow the number of members in the chapter and increase the amount of business passed during each weekly meeting.

Now with over 25 members, Enterprise Exchange meet weekly from 06:45 - 08:30 on a Friday morning to network and pass good, solid business referrals between each of the members. The meeting starts off with a time of open networking, which often proves to be the most useful part because of the professional relationships and friendships that start and are strengthened. Following the open networking, the meeting follows a well structured agenda when the room learns about each of the attendee's businesses and what they focussing on at that time to enable the others to bring them as many useful referrals as possible at the next week's meeting. The agenda also allows time for the room to listen to a very useful piece from the Education Coordinator and to hear a 10 minute presentation from one of the members.
From October 3rd, a brave new group will step into driving seat as the chapter's new leadership team and endeavour to drive the group forward even further, recruiting new members, drawing new visitors and passing even more business referrals! The new team are:

Last year members of BNI passed over 2.1 million referrals generating more than £500+ million worth of business for each other. With over 2,300 chapters, and in excess of 45,000 members, BNI is the most successful referral organisation in the world, and membership of a BNI chapter is often described as being like having dozens of sales people working for you because all members of the Braintree Enterprise
Exchange chapter will carry a supply of your business cards around with them. When they meet someone who could benefit from your products or services they pass on your card with a recommendation to use you. It is as simple as that!
