On the 9th March, Zest Fine Foods played host to John Benson-Smith for a cookery demonstration. The night was a great success, and another one is scheduled for the 4th of July. For details and a great recipe from the previous event, read this.
Love Your Market Fortnight takes place from 23rd June- 8th July and is a fantastic event to get involved with the local Market Trading community. With street markets, pop-up markets and celebrity chef demonstrations and all in Bolton Town Centre!
Having carried out tests using dry ice, Carrs Pasties prepares to unveil a delivery service, allowing the rest of the country to sample the delights Bolton considers as a standard.
