Karl was very helpful and we can only say our experience with Bolton Kia was very good.
I accompanied my disabled father to the Bolton Kia Service Center this morning the 18th October, which is also the designated location for mobility customers to attend when new Kia cars are being adapted on the mobility scheme. What I could not quite believe is that the two designated disability bays were occupied with Kia Showroom Cars, I did question this with a member of staff as this was surely a mistake, but they simply replied "we do not have enough room". Maybe Kia should have a rethink?

*RESPONSE FROM BOLTON KIA* Hi There, many thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Parking does tend to be an issue given how busy our Service Department is. I was told that the adaptation to the customer’s car was completed in our workshop as opposed to the disabled parking bays. That said, our Service Manager and the team apologise for the inconvenience caused to this customer, as a result of the lack of parking spaces. We added more parking spaces to try and overcome this issue during our Service Centre renovation, this year, however we are still looking into how we can improve this issue in the long term.
Recently bought a used Kia from bolton Kia, had a wonderful sales person called Carl, he explained everything. Extra cover, mot, aftercare, services etc, never felt pressured into anything like we were being pushed into a sale, like other places in the past. Totally at ease with his knowledge and advice. Would strongly recommend Kia bolton and Carl to handle his knowledge to family and friend 5star service

Wow!!! Absolutely fantastic! Matt Evans is a credit to Kia Bolton - he was very knowledgeable and polite, not at all pushy unlike some other car salespeople. From the moment I went to Kia Bolton everything was great. Matt kept me informed regarding delivery of my Picanto GT Line S. Everything from my first visit to collecting my new car was first class. Trust me having bought in excess of twenty cars I know a good person and Dealer when I see one. Could not recommend Kia Bolton and especially Matt Evans enough - credit where credit is due!! What we like when we go shopping for anything is the ability to peruse without being pestered by salespeople but have the ability to speak to someone with a technical knowledge of the item and the ability to compare with similar products. This is exactly what happened at Kia Bolton when my wife and I went to look at the new Kia Stinger. Perhaps we where lucky to speak to Matt Evans initially who provided an excellent level of knowledge about the car and was just a pleasant person to speak to with no level of aggressive sales tactics. We arranged a test drive with Matt during which, and after, there was no "push to buy" just information about the car and comparisons with similar cars. One problem we have is that since we live in an area built when horse and carts were the norm the roads are narrow with tight corners and we wanted to ensure that the car could get to our garage. Matt offered to drive to our house with the demo car but when we arrived Matt said "here are the keys, go and drive it yourself with your wife for an hour or so". Additionally, both Matt and his colleagues sent a few hours ringing around trying to get a better price for my trade in. All in all a great experience of how we feel a car purchase should take place. We both came away with the feeling that we where dealing with a family company whose aim was to provide an excellent customer experience. We have come away with new friends and a great car. Collected my new Kia sportage 2 weeks ago now from Bolton kia. Very happy with the service and salesteam I dealt with. Would defiantly recommend to anyone. I was recommended this dealership and I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Very good sales department, Matt explained everything as we went along and answered any questions fully. Very happy with new car and process went smoothly. Just have to get used to all the new gadgets now!
We have recently bought two new from them and cannot fault the product for price and build You get what you pay for but in the case of Kia they can be 50% of the price of a prestige car with 7 years warranty thrown in. Don't expect any free gifts though the prices don't allow for them Good attention received from the Sales staff

I have just purchased my third car from Bolton Kia and can praise both the Sales and Service staff. I have total confidence that I get the best deal and would certainly recommend them. The service.team are always friendly and helpful whether it is mending a puncture or doing a full service. I will definitely be back.

From the moment we walked into the showroom everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional but not pushy sales people as in other dealers. We visited again and struck a deal which we were happy about I would recommend Kia to everyone.
