Membership – This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue in effect for an initial period of 12 months and thereafter until terminated by either party serving not less than 3 months written notice on the other expiring at any time after the 1st anniversary. All prices plus VAT. We reserve the right to substitute a product or service for one of the same value (or higher) if we are unable to offer that product or service due to conditions out of our control.
