The Bognor Regis Health Trainer Team are now based at Bersted Green Learning Centre on the Trees Estate. Health Trainers are available to give information and support on a one-to-one basis to anyone who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle.Health Trainers can help with a wide range of issues, for example, losing weight, eating more healthily, stopping smoking, managing stress, becoming more active or reducing alcohol intake.
