Sorry but we found this person most unhelpful. I ordered an extra long silver chain for a present. I was told it would be in by end of week .. Called in end of week and it was not in. I left my phone number, he said he would ring. The following week not heard anything so called in he seemed vague as to what I had ordered , took my phone number again and said he would chase it up. Rang few days later still not in said he would ring. This went on till 2 months later I have canceled order. He really could not have cared less.

It is a rule in my business that you must pay for an item when you order it; unfortunately this customer refused to pay when he placed the order therefore it could not possibly be completed.
I am sorry that it is necessary to take the money up front however many customers never return from such enquires and we end up with a great number of items which never sell.
