Sorry but we found this person most unhelpful. I ordered an extra long silver chain for a present. I was told it would be in by end of week .. Called in end of week and it was not in. I left my phone number, he said he would ring. The following week not heard anything so called in he seemed vague as to what I had ordered , took my phone number again and said he would chase it up. Rang few days later still not in said he would ring. This went on till 2 months later I have canceled order. He really could not have cared less.

They engraved a gift "to a bestman etc" message on a lighter for me as soon as i told him what i wanted he began to engrave it there and then., therefore it was very quick, i only waited up to 5 mins. Very good, and value for money.

Clayden & Co engraved 250 plaques for our new chairs in West Ham Parish Church, East London. Every one was finished to a very high standard and the after service was exceptional - a truly fine establishment with a friendly but professional atmosphere.
