Massive thank you to Lee Hill and Hill Start for being the best instructor I could have possibly asked for. Lee Hill is an absolutely fantastic instructor. He has the patience of a saint (which he needed to teach me). Through out my time with Lee I made some bad decisions and he stood by made and helped me learn how to drive in an amazing way. Always telling me what I was doing wrong but always making sure I did it right and prefect. I would recommend Hill Start to any first time driver. They are amazing. Thank you so much Lee

Lee is an absolutely outstanding instructor! If you imagine a perfect instructor in your head - Lee is it! It amazes me how on the ball he always is through the lessons - constantly giving feedback on strengths and areas to improve. He really does ensure you feel at ease during the lessons as he's so completely down to earth and friendly. He genuinely has the patience of a saint and I can guarantee he will NEVER raise his voice or snap at you - even if you do nearly nearly wrap the car around or tree or run someone over. Oh and his lessons are extremely pupil-focused as Lee remembers every pupil's strengths/weaknesses/areas to improve. I know this because Lee continuously made me do roundabouts which was a big weakness of mine. He made me practice and practice them until perfection was achieved. Lee also provides a mock test before the actual driving test. This is carried out in complete test conditions and it really gives you an insight as to what the test is like! It really prepared me for the real thing and allowed me to identify what I needed to improve on before my test. I'm really not surprised Lee has 100% first time pass rate because he really does ensure perfection and he WILL turn you into an extremely safe and cautious driver. I never ever thought I would get the hang of it but with Lee's exceptional, amazing tuition and encouragement, I passed first time!! If you're looking for a driving instructor, Lee is the one. There is no doubt about it, he will ensure you pass first time! Thank you so much, Lee!!

I would recommend hillstart to anyone! Lee was a great instructor with loads of patience and was always up for a laugh. He made me feel very comfortable considering how little I knew about cars, he's taught me everything I'd need to know not just how to pass the test. Thanks lee!

I cannot give a higher recommendation than this man and his crew. I ventured into driving with absolutely nil experience and never felt safer learning. I was at times I imagine a challenge to teach and I certainly had to put in the hours after a mock test sheet to be frightened of, match all this up however with an incredibly savvy and knowledgeable fellow and you have a clean sheet on test day. Shall miss the laughs and banter on lessons but I have massive bags of confidence now thanks to Lee.
